At Chabé, excellence means more than just offering luxury services: it also means making concrete, responsible commitments. For the end of 2024, Chabé has chosen to renew its collaboration with ESAT Atelier du Château, an establishment dedicated to the professional integration of people with disabilities.
ESATs (Établissements et Services d’Aide par le Travail) are designed to accommodate people with disabilities. By working with ESATs, Chabé promotes autonomy and social inclusion, while striving to develop the potential of each individual, regardless of their disabilities.
The ESAT Atelier du Château, managed by the Association La Résidence Sociale, is a real place of integration. It supports 74 disabled workers, supervised by qualified professionals, to develop a wide range of skills tailored to the needs of companies.
